Fruitaholics collects only the minimum data required for basic app functionality, including username, favourite fruit selection, home country preference, and authentication credentials. Data is stored using Supabase. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We make no guarantees regarding data security and shall not be liable for any data breaches, leaks, or unauthorised access. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their child's use of the App.
Fruitaholics has no obligation to continue operating, maintain uptime, fix bugs, update content, respond to support requests, or provide any level of service whatsoever. The App may be discontinued at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You waive any objection to venue in these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fruitaholics regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
